At the 2024 LCK SUMMER FINALS Opening,Trophy Ceremony,
Banana Culture Gaming and Media was in charge of producing and operating AR graphics.
This competition was held in Gyeongju, a city of tradition and history in Korea, and at the indoor gymnasium.
Taking the motif of Cheomseongdae, a historic site, the cosmic image and HEXTECH pattern were realized. In addition, by expanding the space on the ceiling, the space of Venue, which is rather narrow, was expanded to express the brand image of LCK more broadly.
The entire process of the opening scene was carried out by integrating all systems with time code, and the graphics produced using Unreal Engine 4 accurately performed the format and sequence timing suitable for the broadcast.
